Terms of Service

Effective May 19, 2026 · the agreement between you and Rapid Indexer.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rapid Indexer website at rapidseoindexer.com, the dashboard, the API, and all related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Imad Benzrak ("we", "us", "Rapid Indexer") from Tangier, Morocco.

By creating an account, submitting a URL, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Rapid Indexer

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not be located in a country under comprehensive US / EU / UN sanctions (currently: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk regions of Ukraine).
  • If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. What the Service does

Rapid Indexer accelerates discovery of public web URLs in search engines and AI engines. We do this by:

  • Pinging URLs through official APIs (Google Indexing API, IndexNow, RSS, sitemap).
  • Generating supporting content + backlinks on public publishers you authorize us to use (Telegraph, Dev.to, GitHub Gist, your own WordPress / Blogger / Tumblr accounts, etc.).
  • Forcing OG-tag refreshes on platforms like Facebook to trigger their crawlers.
  • Verifying indexation via Google site:URL queries (proxied through ScraperAPI).

What the Service does NOT do:guarantee Google ranking, guarantee indexation, guarantee any specific traffic outcome, or replace your own SEO work. Google decides what to index. We submit signals — we don't control the outcome.

3. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret.
  • You're responsible for everything that happens on your account, including any URL submissions or webhook deliveries to third parties.
  • Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One person per account. No account sharing across companies.

4. Credits, pricing, and payment

The Service runs on prepaid credits. You buy a credit pack via Stripe or PayPal; credits sit in your account until spent. Each URL submission consumes credits:

  • Standard mode — 1 credit per URL.
  • Apex mode — 3 credits per URL (more aggressive fan-out + Google Indexing API).

Credits never expire. Prices are shown in USD and exclude VAT / sales tax where applicable (collected at checkout by Stripe / PayPal). All sales are final once credits are added to your balance, subject to the refund policy below.

5. Refund policy

We offer two refund paths:

  • Automatic unindexed refund — if a URL you submitted is not detected as indexed by Google within 14 days, we automatically credit back the full amount it cost. No action required from you. The credit is reusable on your next submission.
  • Unused-credits cash refund — within 14 days of purchase, you can email [email protected] to request a refund of any untouchedcredits to your original payment method. Credits already consumed (whether or not the URL indexed) are not eligible for cash refund — they're covered by the automatic path above.

Refunds reach your card / PayPal within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Acceptable use

You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Submit URLs pointing to illegal content (CSAM, terrorism, illegal weapons, fraud, malware, phishing).
  • Submit URLs to manipulate stock prices, currency markets, or elections.
  • Index sites that violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines (cloaking, doorway pages, scraped content, link wheels, etc.) — if Google penalizes you, we don't refund.
  • Submit URLs you don't own or have permission to promote.
  • Spam the same URL repeatedly to inflate metrics.
  • Connect publisher integrations (WordPress, Blogger, Tumblr) belonging to someone else without their permission.
  • Resell or rebrand the Service as your own without a written commercial agreement.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or DDoS the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction, our jurisdiction (Morocco), or the US.

We can suspend or terminate accounts (with or without refund, depending on the violation) at our discretion when these rules are broken.

7. Third-party services you connect

When you connect a WordPress.com, Blogger / Blogspot, Tumblr, or other publisher account to Rapid Indexer:

  • You authorize us to post content there on your behalf, scoped to what you submit.
  • You remain solely responsible for the content that gets published and for compliance with that platform's Terms of Service.
  • If a third-party platform suspends your account because of how we used it, our liability is capped at the credits you spent making those posts (see §10).

8. Intellectual property

  • Yours stays yours. URLs you submit, content you write, and everything created in your name on third-party platforms is yours. We claim no ownership.
  • Ours stays ours. The Rapid Indexer name, logo, source code, indexer pipeline, and product UI are our property. You may not copy, redistribute, or build a competing product using our code.
  • Feedback you give us is ours to use — bug reports, feature requests, suggestions. We can implement and ship them without owing you anything.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee a specific uptime percentage. Planned maintenance is announced in-app where possible. We may suspend the Service without notice to protect users, comply with the law, or fix critical security issues.

We also depend on third-party providers (Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, Supabase, etc.). Outages in those services may temporarily affect parts of Rapid Indexer. We do our best to route around problems but can't prevent them.

10. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of search engine outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service (regardless of theory — contract, tort, statutory) is limited to the greater of (a) USD $100, or (b) the total amount you actually paid us in the 6 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are never liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, lost-profits, lost-revenue, lost-data, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rapid Indexer, its founder, and any future employees or contractors from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) content you submitted or published through the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms, and (d) your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from /dashboard/settings. Untouched credits within the 14-day window are refundable as cash; consumed credits are not.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or for any abuse pattern we consider serious.
  • On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days, except billing records we're legally required to keep (7 years).

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms — usually to add new features, clarify language, or reflect new legal requirements. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of Tangier, Morocco.

For EU consumers: nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections you enjoy under your local law. You may also bring claims in the courts of your country of residence.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms (plus the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
  • Severability. If a court rules any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment. You can't assign these Terms without our consent. We can assign them in connection with an acquisition or restructuring.
  • Force majeure. Neither side is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, large-scale internet outages, government action).
